For bookkeepers, CPA firms, and fractional CFOs
See the books before you name a price.
Quote too high and you lose the deal. Quote too low and you carry it for years. Sajentic reads a prospect’s QuickBooks and hands you the findings, the transaction and account counts, and a price built from your own rules. Before the first call, not after.

90-second report. Only reads, never changes. Raw data deleted when it is done.
Three steps. About 90 seconds.
From a prospect click to a branded report you can send, without the manual review.
Prospect clicks your link
Embed it on your site or send it directly. They connect their books securely in a couple of clicks. No account to create, no password sharing.
Sajentic reviews the books
A review of 15 common problem areas in the books, finished in about 90 seconds.
You get the report and the price
A health score, the findings that drive it, and a cleanup estimate built from your own pricing rules. Branded and ready to send.
A branded report and a price you can send in about 90 seconds.
Every analysis ends with more than a health score. Sajentic turns the findings into a cleanup quote and a monthly bookkeeping price. It is built from your own pricing rules, branded as yours, and ready to forward to the prospect the same day.
- Cleanup and monthly pricing, itemized from the actual findings
- Your logo, your colors, your rates. On Growth, no Sajentic branding at all.
- No manual write-up. Send it while the prospect is still on the phone
$2,400 a year. That is one client quoted at $300 when $500 was right.
And it sticks. Raising a price you already quoted is far harder than setting it correctly the first time, so one low quote follows you for the life of the engagement. The unbilled review time is real too: hours of manual review per prospect that you never invoice.
Built for the data you are trusted with.
You are handing us a prospect’s financials. Here is how that is handled.
Authorized by the prospect, never modified
The prospect authorizes the connection themselves. Sajentic only reads the QuickBooks data and never changes anything. We never see a username or password.
Access ends when the report is done
The connection ends as soon as the checkup is done. The raw data we pulled is deleted right after the analysis.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections use TLS. QuickBooks tokens and the financial data we pull are encrypted with AES-256 before they are stored.
Access is on the record, and tamper-evident
Data access and report generation are written to an append-only log, each entry cryptographically chained to the one before it, so any alteration or deletion is detectable. If a client ever asks what was touched and when, the answer holds up.
Two-factor authentication is required
Not offered, required — on every firm account, enforced on every request, for every role.
Your firm's data is isolated
Your firm's data is isolated from every other firm at the database level. Sajentic staff access it only to operate, support, and improve the service.
Built for bookkeeping practices, CPA firms, and fractional CFOs who scope cleanup and catch-up work.
Quote from evidence
Name a price backed by the prospect's own numbers instead of a guess you have to defend later.
Know what you are walking into
You cannot tell how bad a set of books is from the outside. Ninety seconds inside them and you can.
Your rates, your rules
Sajentic applies your pricing to their books. The number is defensible because it is yours, not ours.

Questions, answered.
- What is Sajentic?
- From QuickBooks to a priced proposal in about 90 seconds. Sajentic tells you what shape a prospect’s books are in before the first call. A firm shares a link, a prospect connects their QuickBooks Online, and Sajentic reviews the books and produces a firm-branded report with a recommended price.
- How does the QuickBooks connection work, and is the data secure?
- The prospect authorizes a temporary QuickBooks connection. Sajentic only reads the QuickBooks data and never changes anything. The connection ends as soon as the checkup is done. Sajentic keeps the report, which includes summary financial statements and balances owed by and to customers and vendors, encrypted, until the firm deletes it.
- Who is Sajentic for?
- Bookkeeping practices and CPA firms that want to review and price a prospective client’s books in about 90 seconds instead of spending hours on manual review.
- Does Sajentic tell me what to charge?
- No. It applies the pricing rules you set. Give the same set of books to two different firms and they will produce two different quotes, because each firm’s rates are its own. Sajentic measures the books. You decide what the work is worth.
- Will prospects actually connect their QuickBooks?
- Sajentic only reads the QuickBooks data and never changes anything. The connection ends as soon as the checkup is done. A prospect who will not connect has told you something useful in ninety seconds rather than after an hour of discovery.
