Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sajentic LLC (“Sajentic”) governing your access to and use of the Sajentic financial intelligence platform at app.sajentic.com (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Sajentic is a financial intelligence platform for small and mid-sized businesses, consultants, and accounting professionals. The Service provides financial analysis, reporting, AI-powered insights, and QuickBooks Online connectivity. The Service is intended for business use within the United States.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be located in the United States
• Have legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account Security

Notify us immediately at legal@sajentic.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is available at sajentic.com/pricing. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

4.2 Free Trial

At the end of any trial period, your subscription automatically converts to paid and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel first.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is received.

4.5 Cancellation

Cancel anytime through account settings or by emailing legal@sajentic.com. Access continues through the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. QuickBooks Integration

By connecting QuickBooks, you:

• Grant Sajentic OAuth-based access to your QuickBooks data
• Acknowledge your use is also subject to Intuit’s Terms of Service
• Understand Sajentic is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit, Inc.
• Agree you are responsible for maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks

Financial analysis depends on the accuracy of your accounting data. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate records.

6. AI-Powered Features

AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You assume responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse engineer or extract the source code
• Transmit malware or harmful content
• Resell access except through our channel partner program
• Interfere with the Service’s performance

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Sajentic’s Property

All software, algorithms, designs, and content created by Sajentic is owned by Sajentic and protected by applicable law.

8.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit. You grant Sajentic a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SAJENTIC DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, ACCOUNTING, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. ALL ANALYSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

10. Limitation of Liability

SAJENTIC’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sajentic from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or inaccuracy in data you provide.

12. Term and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indiana law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules. Class action waiver applies.
