1.3 Financial Data from QuickBooks

If you choose to connect your QuickBooks Online account, we will access and process your business financial data, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow data, and related accounting records. This data is accessed via OAuth tokens issued by Intuit, Inc. We use this data solely to provide the financial analysis and reporting features of the Service.

• Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe
• Generate financial analysis, reports, and AI-powered insights
• Send transactional emails through Resend

• Anthropic, Inc. — powers AI-generated financial analysis and insights
• Intuit, Inc. — provides QuickBooks Online OAuth connectivity
• Stripe, Inc. — processes payment card transactions and manages subscriptions
• Resend — delivers transactional emails
• Supabase, Inc. — provides database infrastructure and authentication
• Vercel, Inc. — provides hosting and deployment infrastructure

3.2 Your Advisors

If your account is linked to a consulting firm or accounting practice through the Service, your business profile and financial data may be accessible to authorized members of that organization within the platform.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or governmental request.

3.4 Business Transfers

If Sajentic is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where required for legal purposes.

6. QuickBooks Data

When you connect QuickBooks Online, your use is also subject to Intuit’s Privacy Policy. You may revoke Sajentic’s access at any time through your Intuit account settings or within Sajentic’s account settings.
