Every Sajentic plan — including the Free plan — includes a number of reports per calendar month. Here is how the limits work and where to manage your subscription.
Current plans and pricing
The plans, what each one includes, and what each one costs are listed on the pricing page. That page is always current, so this article describes how the limits work rather than repeating the numbers.
What counts as a report
A report counts toward your monthly allowance when you unlock it — not when the prospect submits, and not when you send a proposal.
When a prospect's audit completes, the result appears on your dashboard as a locked preview. Clicking Unlock opens the full report. Before anything is used or charged, a confirmation shows exactly what the unlock will use — one of your included reports, or a charge — and how many you have left.
Unlocking is per prospect and permanent: once a report is unlocked, reopening it never uses another one.
When the counter resets
Your allowance covers one calendar month and resets on the 1st of each month. This is the same on every plan.
What happens when you reach your limit
It depends on your plan:
- On a paid plan, you can keep unlocking. Each report past your included allowance is charged at your plan's per-report overage rate to the card on file, and the confirmation shows the charge before you agree to it.
- On the Free plan, there is no overage. Once your free reports for the month are used, further unlocks are blocked until the 1st of the next month, or until you subscribe to a paid plan — whichever comes first.
Either way, your portal keeps working and your prospects see no difference. Prospects can still submit, the audit still runs, and the result waits as a locked preview on your dashboard until you unlock it. Reports you have already unlocked are unaffected and remain accessible.
Managing your subscription
Go to Billing settings to:
- View your current plan and the reports you have used this month.
- Upgrade or change your plan.
- Update your payment method.
- Access invoices.
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your plan, including its included reports, until then.
