Your unique portal link is displayed in the left sidebar of the dashboard. Click the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard.
Share the link however you prefer: in a prospecting email, on your firm's website, or in a follow-up after an intro call.
The portal link identifies your firm for attribution and branding — it is not a credential and grants the prospect no access to your firm's data or reports.
What the prospect experiences
- They open your portal link in a browser.
- They enter basic contact details (business name, name, email, phone).
- They are directed to QuickBooks Online to authorize a connection. Their data is only read, never changed.
- The audit runs automatically. They see a confirmation screen when it completes.
The entire process takes a few minutes, and no QuickBooks account setup is needed on your side.
