Every quote Sajentic produces is calculated directly from the pricing rules you configure. Set them up before sharing your portal so the first audit generates a meaningful proposal.
Open Pricing settings
Go to Pricing settings. Pricing has two tabs: Monthly Rate, where you set the per-client monthly rate, and Cleanup, which previews how that rate turns into a cleanup quote.
What you can configure
- Base monthly rate — your standard monthly bookkeeping fee, which anchors the monthly management quote.
- Transaction volume and revenue adjustments — optional add-ons to the base rate driven by the client's monthly transaction count and revenue.
- Complexity multiplier — a scaling factor applied to the base rate based on the books-health score. A lower health score (messier books) produces a higher multiplier, increasing the quote automatically.
How cleanup is priced
Cleanup is quoted as the client's monthly rate (including its complexity multiplier) multiplied by the months of catch-up the audit finds. The Cleanup tab lets you try sample inputs to see the result with your saved Monthly Rate settings.
Saving and testing
Changes take effect on the next audit that completes. If you want to see the impact of a rate change, you can recalculate an existing report from the report detail page on your dashboard.
