Most audit issues trace back to one of a few common causes. Here is what to check before reaching out to support.
The prospect did not complete the QuickBooks authorization
The audit cannot run until the prospect finishes the QuickBooks authorization step in the portal. If an audit shows as incomplete or pending for more than a few minutes, ask your prospect to check whether they completed every step, including clicking Allow on the Intuit authorization screen.
The prospect can re-submit
Each audit is a fresh, independent QuickBooks connection. If an audit failed or the prospect abandoned the process partway through, they can simply open your portal link again and start a new submission. There is no cleanup required on your end — a report only counts when you unlock it, so the failed attempt does not affect your report count.
Email notifications are landing in spam
Both you and your prospect receive email notifications during the audit flow. If either party is not seeing them, check the spam or junk folder and add noreply@sajentic.com to the safe-senders list.
The audit completed but the report looks unexpected
If a report appears with no findings or an unusually high or low quote, check your Pricing settings to confirm your rates and multipliers are set correctly. You can also recalculate a report from the report detail page on your dashboard.
Still having trouble?
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, email support@sajentic.com with the prospect's business name and the approximate time of the submission. We will investigate and follow up.
